Does Unity Event Solutions offer a mobile event app?

Yes. Unity offers myShowApp, a branded mobile event app built on React Native for iOS and Android. It includes features such as interactive wayfinding floorplans, agenda and session browsing, exhibitor directories, push notifications, real-time networking and chat, meetings, AI, and sponsor integrations. myShowApp can be configured as a white-label experience for enterprise clients requiring their own App Store presence.

What is exhibitor lead retrieval and does Unity offer it?

Exhibitor lead retrieval is a system that allows trade show exhibitors to scan attendee badges at their booth to capture contact information and notes. Unity offers a mobile lead retrieval app called myShowLeads, which enables exhibitors to scan badges using their own smartphone, qualify leads with custom notes and ratings, and export contact data after the show. We also rent hardware for customers who can't install the app on their phones.

Can Unity Event Solutions handle both registration and ticketing?

Yes. Unity's platform includes both event registration (for conference and trade show attendee management, including badge printing, session selection, and exhibitor profiles) and consumer show ticketing (for public events requiring general admission, VIP, or multi-day ticket types, online sales, and onsite gate scanning). Both modules are fully integrated within the same platform.

Does Unity offer interactive event floorplans?

Yes. Unity provides interactive, digital floorplans that help event organizers drive booth sales and help attendees discover exhibitors and products. Exhibitors can be linked directly from the floorplan to their directory profile, and the floorplan integrates with the event website and mobile app.
